Description & Responsibilities :

Are you an exceptional HR Manager or Assistant HR Director in the gaming or hospitality industry who is ready to move up to a Director position? Then this is the opportunity for you!!

The Role: You will be expected to provide human resources management and leadership in areas such as recruitment, employment, new hire orientation, testing and assessment, EEO/AAP administration, benefits and compensation administration, unemployment program administration, labor relations, employee relations, HR reporting and recordkeeping, training and development, and counseling managers and supervisors on employee related matters, either personally or through the HR staff. A key area of responsibility will be coaching management in recruitment, employee relations, and staff development. You will provide the leadership that helps employees to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability.

Requirements :

Expectations: You must have a minimum of seven years Human Resources management or generalist experience, preferably in gaming or hospitality. We will expect you to be familiar with federal and state employment laws, and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business, is required. PHR or SPHR certification would be a plus!

2. Strong oral and written communication skills
3. Customer service skills
4. Flexibility to deal with multiple projects
5. Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities
